Gautama is the son of the renown author Deepak Chopra and the Child of the Dawn is his first novel. It's very well written and easy to read. It brings the story about search of one self and the sense of life.	Syn již proslaveného autora Deepaka Chopry Gautama přichází se svojí poetickou a čtivou prvotinou o hledání sebe sama i smyslu života.
Hakim is an orphan who is living on the streets for already two years. Despite his status he's managing quite well but still he wants something more. He desires to be wealthy and successful like children from rich families or tourist from well-off hotels he sees every day. When he overhear a story about a wise one which can give him the knowledge how to fulfill his dreams he immediately start the journey.	Hakim je sirotek, který už 2 roky žije na ulici. Na své postavení si žije celkem dobře, ale chtěl by něco víc. Touží být bohatý a úspěšný jako děti ze zámožných rodin nebo turisté z drahých hotelů, které každý den pozoruje. Když vyslechne vyprávění o moudrém muži, který mu může předat znalosti, jak svého snu dosáhnout, hned vydává se na cestu.
On his journey he meets many people and each gives him a piece of wisdom. He learns that to be happy he needs to realize what he want and then take action to get it. He discovers that it is important to search for who he really is and that he is someone behind all the roles he is playing in his life. To reach this goal he must follow his heart and search within himself. He is advised to pursue mysterious and ambitious and should not exchange it to practical and pragmatic. Hakim finds that he is part of one universal stream and is one with everything and everybody. To fulfill his dreams he must plant the seed of his desire and trust in its growth. The ways of the Universe do not involve hard work but to be truly happy is to give your unique talent to others.	Při svém putování potkává různé lidi, kteří mu jakoby mimochodem předávají své znalosti. Dozví se, že aby byl šťastný, musí zjistit, co opravdu chce, a potom jednat, aby toho dosáhl. Zjistí, že musí objevit, kým vlastně je, aniž by si přivlastňoval role, které v životě hraje. Aby toho dosáhl musí se nechat vést svým srdcem, musí hledat uvnitř sebe. Poradí mu aby s odvahou šel za neznámým a neuvízl v pasti pragmatického a praktického jednání. Hakim zjistí, že je součástí jednoho vesmírného proudu a je jedno s každým a se vším. K splnění svých snů musí zasadit semínko své touhy a silou víry podporovat jeho růst. Cesty vesmíru nezahrnují těžkou práci, naopak štěstí pramení z rozdávání našeho talentu ostatním.
170 pages is a long journey for Hakim. But it is a journey full of joy and fulfillment of own desires. It is the journey of self-awakening.	Hakim na 170 stranách ujde dlouhou cestu. Je to ale cesta radosti a naplnění touhy svých snů. Je to cesta probuzení svého já.
The book contains big wisdom and my humble abridgement can not more then inspire to read the book. I've read it twice and the second time I discovered more then during the first reading.	Tato kniha obsahuje velikou moudrost a mé skromné přiblížení nemůže ani zdaleka vystihnout, co všechno se v knize dozvíte. Já ji četl dvakrát a pokaždé objevil víc než předtím.
Every book about self growth is just a step on our journey. Child of the Dawn however is very motivating a readable story which in a simple way reveals how to make all our dreams true.	Jako každá kniha o vlastním rozvoji je i tato jen jedním krokem na naší cestě. Dítě úsvitu ale přináší motivující a čtivý příběh, který jednoduchou formou přibližuje, jak se pustit za splněním všech svých snů.
